Item wasn't engraved. Charge refunded, but will not send back due to mishandling of initial shipment.

The buyer purchased customized wedding rings without specifying the actual date of the wedding. The rings were completed and brought to perfection according to the highest quality standards. They were forwarded to shipping by an express service. Unfortunately, that shipment has suffered an outstanding delay of about 5 to 6 days, due to covid-19 related issues that have, apparently, affected an entire load of parcels to the US at the time. We, as sellers, had nothing to do with the delay, and were severely affected as well. We have immediately issued a generous refund in favor of the buyers and offered various ways to amend, replace, or even compensate for the incident. We totally respect the buyers choice to stop the communication, and their right to comment on their experience. We wish them all the best :)
